How To Get Clear Smooth Legs

Allegory of the Copenhagen Conference on Climate Change Wave

walk through the neighborhood I saw something that I do not know why, I was saddened:

Yes, it is a collection of VHS videos of Jacques Cousteau in the garbage. Videos of a public nature, the environment, forming ecological consciousness, love the sea and its creatures, reported as few, next to a municipal waste container waiting to be scrapped.

The reason is, surely, something as mundane and understandable as the former owner does not have the appropriate reader for a video system now obsolete and I think that has a more modern, and comforts me to think that something has left outside of the container, not inside, perhaps in the hope someone still be interested, an opportunity for recycling. Although I would be unable to throw, call me romantic or nostalgic, I do not know.

I could not help linking the image with the still ongoing Copenhagen Conference on Climate Change, mostly in the direction that leads to now, the truth is that there seems to be out of it nothing new, nothing commits participating countries to do something really important to take initiatives to combat climate change. It seems that I wanted to be a meeting to give solutions to important problems of our environment, will end up like those videos of Cousteau: in the garbage.

Toe Is Sore After Pedicure

The list of musicians, my list of musicians

I saw on Digg that have linked a PDF that contains a partial list of musicians who signed the manifesto against Internet music downloads, against P2P.

funny thing happens to me with the list ... I've reviewed to see what artists

-I like but not enough to buy their music

-What artists I like enough to buy their music

and I discovered the following:

- of which I do not like enough to buy their music not like me enough to bajármelos Internet, ie I can hear their music, not change the station if the place, but I do not care enough to have it, either in CD or MP3. Of these there will be 5 or 6 on the list, including Alejandro Sanz, Bunbury, Loquillo, Tow or Rosario: I have not in my MP3 player, do not listen regularly.

- of which interest me enough to buy his music, I was surprised to remember that most began to like when I had enough money to buy their records (vinyl in those days), people like Aute, Manolo García, Bose, Pedro Guerra or suspects, and what he did was to record cassette tapes from the radio or friends with more money than I did copies of their albums on tape, the old form of P2P, which the artists considered illegal, but something I did * love * his music, made to put those tapes over and over again, sometimes up to failure. And my desire has always been able, one day, buying my own records. And now, since I have my own money, I have records of them all, both vinyl and CD. I'm not saying you have ALL your records, I have some more than others, but I bought one or more discs each , and that thanks to that in its day, "pirating" their music.

has pained me to see in the list especially Manolo García: I have all their albums, bought them when I could have done without them because they had copies on tape, CD or MP3, but his music has come to move and wanted them , although several had an excessive price.

Lately I have been interested in Vetusta Morla, I met a friend because I spent several MP3 songs (yes, I'm a pirate), but I love them and I went to several of his concerts and I have his latest album . Yes, I bought your album and a concert shirt. Tion, were two, one for me and one for my wife. And I was delighted to not be on that list, it would be hypocritical if they did, and they owe to the Internet that people know that people go to their concert, and I think they know and so they are not. And best of all (or worse, do not know) is that many of those who signed are in the same situation: I owe part of their position, the fact that people know them, the Internet. Hypocrites and sold ...

Incidentally, the other musicians on the list, or do not know who they are, or little muyyyy interest me, or directly to an artist seems to me like a fist truño: Edurne, Labuat, Conchita, Comesaña, Vicky Larraz ....

How Do You Master Bait With Parents Home

Manifesto" In defense of fundamental rights on the Internet '

Given the inclusion in the Bill Sustainable Economy legislative changes affecting the free exercise of freedom of expression, information and the right of access to culture through the Internet, journalists, bloggers, users, professionals and Internet developers express our firm opposition to the project, and declare that:

1 .- The copyright can not be above the fundamental rights of citizens, as the right to privacy, security, the presumption of innocence, to effective judicial protection and freedom expression.

2 .- The suspension of fundamental rights is and must remain the exclusive competence of the judiciary. Not a close without trial. This blueprint, contrary to the provisions of Article 20.5 of the Constitution, put in the hands of a non-judicial body under the Ministry of Culture, the power to prevent English citizens access to any website.

3 .- The new legislation will create legal uncertainty around the English technology sector, damaging one of the few areas of development and future of our economy, hindering the creation of enterprises by introducing barriers to competition and slowing its international expansion.

4 .- The new proposed legislation threatens to hinder new creators and cultural creation. With The Internet and new technologies have democratized the creation and release of contents of any kind, no longer come predominantly from the traditional cultural industries, but from many different sources.

5 .- The authors, like all workers , are entitled to live out of their creative ideas, business models and activities associated with their creations . Trying to hold with legislative changes to an obsolete industry can adapt to this new environment is neither fair nor realistic. If your business model is based on the control of the copies of the works and the Internet is not possible without violating fundamental rights, should find another model.

6 .- We believe that cultural industries need to survive modern alternatives, effective, credible and affordable to suit new social uses , rather than limitations so disproportionate as to be ineffective in that they are pursuing.

7 .- Internet should function freely and without political interference sponsored by groups that seek to perpetuate outdated business models and make it impossible for human knowledge remains free.

8 .- We ask the Government to guarantee the neutrality law of the network in Spain, to any pressure that may occur as a framework for developing a sustainable economy for the future.

9 .- We propose a real reform of intellectual property rights-oriented end: return to the society of knowledge, promote the public domain and limit abuses of management entities.

10 .- In a democracy, laws and amendments should be adopted after due debate and consultation with all parties involved. It is unacceptable that legislative changes are made that affect a derechos fundamentales en una ley no orgánica y que versa sobre otra materia.
