How does ultrasonic cleaning on the injectors? We

All injectors are microscopic valves that regulate the entry of fuel to the engine of any vehicle with a system of internal combustion (gasoline). These nozzles, after working for a period of one year or 20,000 km. materials are affected by adhering to its inner walls, thus causing a bad fuel injection and therefore a poor mixing within the combustion chambers.

The only way to eliminate all of these sediments is by washing or cleaning by ultrasonic cavitation, which works as follows:

During the depression phase (Fig.1 Phase A) are created inside cleaning fluid nozzles endless gas bubbles enlarged the duration of the depression phase noise (negative pressure).

The formation of microscopic bubbles of gas is cavitation (also called gaseous cavitation inside the liquid). During the second stage of compression ultrasound (Fig. 1 phase B), the enormous pressure on the newly expanded bubbles, compressed at the same temperature greatly increasing the gas content in them (Fig. 1 phase C) until the bubble collapses the temperature of the gas within them (Fig. 1 phase C) until the bubbles collapse into themselves, imploding with the subsequent expulsion of an enormous amount of energy (Fig. 1 D phase).

This same energy, caused by the bursting of bubbles of gas, hit the surface of the nozzle, both externally and internally-clean interacting physically and chemically. In the solid injector will have a "micro-scanning " a very high frequency (about 40,000 times per second in a machine operating at 40 KHz) and chemically with the purifying effect of the chemical in the cleaning fluid.
